Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. The following policy applies to cancellations of confirmed bookings with Voyanta Voyages Pvt. Ltd. Specific terms are always confirmed in writing at the time of booking, as they depend on supplier and hotel policies.
Cancellation by You
- More than 45 days before arrival: deposit retained, remaining amount refundable
- 30–45 days before arrival: up to 50% of the tour cost may be charged
- 15–29 days before arrival: up to 75% of the tour cost may be charged
- Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: up to 100% of the tour cost may be charged
Certain services (peak-season hotels, flights, special trains and permits) may carry stricter, non-refundable terms which will be communicated at booking.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed. Bank charges and non-recoverable supplier fees are deducted where applicable.
Changes & Amendments
We will always try to accommodate changes to a confirmed itinerary. Amendment fees and any difference in supplier costs may apply.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural events, political disruption, travel restrictions), we will work with our partners to offer alternatives or credits where possible.
