All journeys are 100% tailor-made. Quotations are prepared based on the information you provide and are valid for a limited period. A booking is confirmed only once the agreed deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued by us.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable before departure as specified in your confirmation. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed, and may be affected by currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier changes beyond our control.

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all travellers.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to operational requirements such as weather, road or flight conditions, or other force majeure circumstances. We will always aim to provide services of an equivalent standard.

We act as an organiser between you and independent suppliers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
